We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review our policy below:

• Returns must be initiated within 15 days of the purchase date.
• The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

We accept returns for the following reasons:

• Defective or damaged items received.
• Incorrect product sent due to an error on our part.
• Unwanted items (subject to a restocking fee).

1. Contact our customer service team at aroma@365mist.com to initiate a return request.
2. Provide your order number and reason for return.
3. Follow the instructions provided, including returning the item to the address specified.

• Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item.
• Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
